Hey! I’m a London-based health journalist and editor with over a decade of experience. Currently, I work as Head of Features at New Scientist; previously I was Health + Wellness Director at Women’s and Men’s Health magazines. I’m obsessed with mind, consciousness and why we do things we do.

Writing-wise, I’ve investigated the rise of psychedelic medicine targeting women, the real scientific insights from Bryan Johnson’s immortality quest, the latest science of advanced meditation, why you’re probably not an introvert or an extrovert and how the ketamine therapy bubble burst.

I’m highly experienced in moderating panels and have hosted debates at How The Light Gets In festival featuring luminaries such as Karl Friston, Bessel van der Kolk, John Ioannidis, Gina Rippon and Susie Orbach over the years. I’ve also made multiple appearances at psychedelic conferences Breaking Convention and PSYCH Symposium.

I’m regularly featured in media as an authority on women’s health, including on Jane Garvey and Fi Glover’s Times Radio show.
